A Sampling of Some of the Fine Homes I've Painted

Modern Country Luxury

This exquisite custom built home was a pleasure to paint. The building contractor was building their own home to live in. Not much corner cutting going on there.

A nice satin finish covers the wide baseboards, door and window trim. A crisp gloss black shines on the stairway rail and fireplace mantel.

I generally avoid exteriors but the outside trim and front door were included here.

Townhouse Renovation and Flip

A couple of friends and myself renovated a condo in British Columbia back during the last real estate boom (2006). Gutted the kitchen and bathrooms. New cabinets, tile, granit counter tops, wood flooring, finished the unfinished basement, etc. I, of course, was lead on the painting.

Against the convention of "neutral to appeal to more potential buyers" we went BOLD. Warm rich colors adorned the walls of every room and a luxurious satin finish covered all the trim work.

The property was sold privately with an asking price above other units in the complex. It sold on day 1. At ask.
